2.3 Representation & Consent: Careerally will not present candidate details or CVs to client employers without prior candidate consent, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.1 Service Agreements: Engagements for specialist recruitment search, project hiring, or outsourced payroll management are governed by separate, formal business agreements executed directly between Careerally and the client.
3.2 Candidate Introductions: Client employers who receive candidate shortlists or profiles from Careerally agree to abide by the candidate representation, fee structures, and replacement terms specified in their signed service agreements.
4.1 Website Content: All content on our website, including brand names, methodologies, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Careerally and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Restrictions: Content from this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Careerally.
